How to File a Takedown Notice
To file a DMCA takedown notice, send a written communication to hey@sixteen33.com.
Your notice must include: a description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed; a description of the material you claim is infringing, including the URL or location on the site; your name, address, phone number, and email address; a statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf; and your physical or electronic signature.
Response to Valid Notices
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will act promptly to remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
Counter-Notices
Counter-notices may be submitted if you believe the material was removed in error. Counter-notices must comply with the requirements of the DMCA.
